Sewing For Me: Washi Tunic Day One

I finally got to the store to get a new ink cartridge so I could print Rae’s Washi Dress Pattern I got for Christmas (yay!  and thanks to my SIL!).  Armed myself with coffee, scissors, and a whole lot of tape this morning and managed to get about this far.Assembling my Washi Dress pattern

Later on I was able to get as far as cutting the pieces out (I’m all out of freezer paper so I’m not bothering to trace this time — will have to reprint when I make the pattern in another size).  I’m really looking forward to getting started on a test run (a.k.a muslin) this week!
