KCWC: Completed Dress

During my sewing for Elsie Marley’s Kids Clothes Week Challenge, I managed to complete this cute little dress for my niece.  I made this for her last year entirely out of the owl fabric but she loved it and wore it so much she wore it out (and oh boy!  does that ever make me happy!).  Plus the little cutie is growing like crazy so it was time for a larger size.  This time I used some of the brown corduroy from Value Village like with the Small Fry’s vest and pants and used the owl fabric as contrast (I only have a little of it left).

The pattern is McCall’s M6154.  It’s view B and size 4.  This is a nice little dress with lots of room for easy movement and play.  I think it’ll be perfect with a pair of tights or leggings.  I hope she likes this version just as much!
