Juliette Blouse for Anna

I made the Juliette blouse from Tanya Whelan’s Sew What You Love:  The Easiest, Prettiest Projects Ever in this soft yellow cotton.  Made the decorative flower out of layers of scrap fabric I had on hand because it matched the floral of the cotton so well.  I’m not entirely happy with the way the sleeves shirred (they seem almost baggy) but mostly I like the pattern.  I added extra rows of shirring at sleeves, hem, and neckline.  If I make it again, I’ll bring the sleeves in some.
