New Year’s Celebration Dinner

Well, I made a big turkey dinner yesterday and we celebrated in style!  The kidlets helped to set the table — table cloth, cloth napkins, decorative paper snowmen cup mats…  And everyone got to dress up as much as they wanted (you can probably guess that Anna was the most eager to do this!).  Even Levi seemed to be making an effort to eat with his best table manners.  He even tried to use his spoon a few times.  🙂

The kidlets had great fun with the paper snowmen.  I drew them some circles to cut out of scrapbooking paper, which they then glued together and decorated with paper scraps, pens, and fabric scraps.  They’re very fun!  And they were a great addition to our “fancy” dinner!
