Well, today was day one on the movement front… And I’ve obviously lived to tell about it! Big cheer for that! I managed about 3 km walking/jogging tonight after the kidlets went to bed. Took about a half hour.
And to be honest, it wasn’t half bad. Sure, I get winded easily and I’m certain my “form” stinks. But I made it. And I feel okay. No broken bits, no emotional scars. Just me and my running shoes.
Pretty good start, I’d say.
